When interviewing companies ask the following questions:

1.  As the Broker/Owner do you sell real estate and am I competing with you for business?

2.  Are there incentives for me to join your company, such as FREE Business cards, FREE Announcement Cards, FREE Website(just buy your domain).

3.  What type of training does the company offer?  In-house online training, Affiliate Training or Staff Trainer and Coach.

4.  Do you have multiple offices and are you a one stop shop?

5.  Do you have a transaction coordinator and listing coordinator to help me with my business?
